In the production build, staff would submit questions or call summaries here. The assistant would propose:

• Clarifying questions to ask the patient.
• Draft internal messages to you.
• Draft patient-facing instructions, clearly tagged as “awaiting physician approval.”

You’ll retain final sign-off on anything communicated externally.
